Brainstorming what you CAN do: Your Self-Care Checklist
🧠 Mental Health Awareness Month
💌 From Cassandra Stark
In the BeMo world, we believe that "Cans" reveal choices—and choices are what empower us.
It’s part of the FUNCK Method, where meeting a Need begins with naming the feeling and giving yourself options to move forward. Mental Health Awareness Month is the perfect time to remind ourselves that even in heaviness, even in doubt, we still have options. We still have things we Can do. Small actions that soothe the moment, shift the mood, and reconnect us to our capacity.
So here’s a lovingly crafted checklist of things you CAN do—not because you should, but because they might help you feel a little more steady today.
With love,
