A Look Inside Kelly Thompson’s Practice
Taking what works, leaving the rest, and creating space for a practice that doesn't suck
A beautiful, unexpected reflection on processing, taking up space, and finding things that “do not suck.”
One of the most beautiful surprises we can experience is seeing how you are taking The BeMo Practice and truly making it your own. Recently, BeMo community member Kelly Thompson shared an honest look into her own journey, and it completely warmed our hearts to see how she is creating space for herself.
Kelly wrote about finding clarity and honoring her feelings as part of her morning routine. She so generously shared an inside look at her journal, and even gave our practice a wonderful accolade in her recent list of things that “do not suck” (a special treat reserved for her paid subscribers which you can read right here: https://substack.com/@kellythompsontnwwy/p-181727493
“A while back, I stumbled on a new journaling tool called BEMO. I rolled my eyes, of course, but ordered one anyway—because I’m a sucker for a fresh notebook. I figured, if I don’t like the concept, it would still be a new journal — take what works and leave the rest, right?
Turns out it’s brilliant. At its heart is a process called FUNCK, and it works. It’s a great way to move toward clarity, so I’ve been implementing it as part of my upon awakening morning practice.”
Taking up space looks different for everyone. If you have a desire to see how Kelly navigates her feelings and works through the steps, we highly encourage you to read her full post.
We can’t wait to share this space with you. Click here to read Kelly’s post and see inside her FUNCK practice!

Love it! Just sent one to my grand girl for her birthday! (Thanks for the note and pens!)
